Point. Identify. Keep fishing.

Fish ID without a connection

Many fish identification tools depend on a network connection to upload an image and wait for a server response. FishLock is designed differently. Its fish identification model runs locally on your phone, which makes it useful when you are fishing beyond reliable cell service or simply do not want your catch data uploaded.

FishLock has adapted the Fishial AI model for on-device use. In testing, species identification averaged over 98% accuracy across a 426-species catalogue. Performance metrics are available for reviewers and partners.

More than fish identification

Identify, measure and save the catch

FishLock is built around the whole catch, not only the species name. After identification, the app can measure the fish, photograph it, map the catch and save it to your private fishing log. That means less time moving between separate tools and more time focused on fishing.

Private by design

Your fish photos and locations stay on your phone

Species, size, notes, locations, tags and other catch details are kept on your device. FishLock does not require an account or a subscription, and the identification process does not require you to send your catch to a cloud service.
