This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application FishLock (“the App”), published by HoloWerks, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We designed FishLock to work offline and to respect your privacy. The App does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store any personal data on our servers.

We do not collect any personal information, sensitive user data, device identifiers, usage analytics, location data, contact information, photos, files, account information, payment information, or any other user data through the App.
Offline Functionality

Payments
FishLock may be purchased through Google Play as a one-time purchase. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. HoloWerks, LLC does not collect, receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing information, or other payment credentials.

Third-Party Services
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, social media integrations, crash reporting tools, or cloud services that collect data from users.

Data Sharing
We do not share user data with third parties because we do not collect user data through the App.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain user data on our servers because the App does not collect or transmit user data to us.
Any data stored locally by the App remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.

Because the App does not transmit user data to us or to our servers, we do not store personal data externally. Any app data created by the user is stored locally on the user’s own device and is subject to the security protections of that device and operating system.
